Ferrol, 19th of April 2024. The Concepción Arenal Assembly Hall on the Ferrol Industrial Campus will host, on Thursday 25 April, from 4:30 p.m. onwards, the 1st Conference on Occupational Nursing “Health at work: seguridade e benestar” organised by the Official College of Nursing of A Coruña together with the Faculty of Nursing and Podiatry of the University of A Coruña and Navantia, in collaboration with the Association of Workplace Nursing Specialists (AET), the Galician Association of Workplace Nursing Specialists (AETGa) and Quirón Prevención.
As indicated by the Official College of Nursing of Coruña, the aim of this conference is to raise awareness of the role of nurses in their speciality of occupational nursing, as well as the other professionals who collaborate directly with these specialists forming a multidisciplinary team within the prevention services in the workplace. In fact, the day’s programme includes a visit, on Friday 26th April, from 11:00 to 14:00 hours, to the Prevention Service and the Medical Service of Navantia in Ferrol.
The 1st Labour Nursing Conference “Health at work: safety and wellbeing” is aimed at graduates in nursing, specialists in labour nursing and nursing students.
